A dedicated exhibition area will be available to industry partners, sponsors, and institutional exhibitors, designed to facilitate direct interaction with delegates in a professional and scientifically oriented environment. Each exhibitor will be assigned a modular exhibition space not exceeding 3 × 2 m, equipped with educational materials, one table, and two chairs. The local organizer will provide a main table measuring 180 × 60 cm, which may be arranged at the exhibitor’s convenience. Upon request, an additional table measuring 80 × 80 cm may be provided. Any additional materials, as well as costs related to setup and transportation, will not be covered by the organizer.
